Little stinker

I know that I say all the time that Charlee is a stinker and is always going to keep me on my toes but when I am asked to site specific examples of her little stinkerness of course her little grin pops in my head but other then that I don't have a lot of specifics.. well I do now!

I was taking the sheets off of Zoe's bed and Charlee was all dressed for the day. She ran into Zoe's room took off her little cotton shorts, moved her diaper to the side, squated just a little bit and peed on the floor.. then she pointed at the pee, and said "uh hoo" She then wiggled her bum and pulled up her little cotton shorts and ran out laughing.. so you see she really is a stinker!!

We had a great weekend. On Friday night Charlee's friend Colton came over and they had a great time playing! They ran through the sprinkler and played on the slide.

Saturday we had a garage sale that the girls helped at and then Aunt Ali came.. her and Charlee hit it off right away and they all had a great time playing. Of course Charlee loved that she could rope Ali into pushing her in the swing:)

Sunday we went to church and then headed to Cedar Rapids for Dale's 80th birthday party. Sunday afternoon we hung out as a family and went on a walk. It was a wonderful weekend!

Busy Weekend!

We had a great weekend!!!

Friday night we had a baby shower, and charlee was in her rare form where she was busy smiling at everyone and then running off to raise chaos with the older kids.. I just adore her spunk... she brings a smile to my face.

Saturday we golfed and Charlee and Zoey got to spend the day with Mimi and they had a great time! After the tournament they came back out to the golf course where Charlee found a golf ball... and hung on to it all the way home:)

Sunday was Mother's day and I got a beautiful drawing from Charlee. It was perfect!! We went to brunch, where charlee pretty much fell asleep at the table:)

So of course as soon as got in the car she was out.

After her nap she woke up to a sister running through the sprinkler. Charlee quickly put her wetsuit on went to town in the sprinkler as well!

Sunday night Charlee and Colton got to spend sometime together and they had a great time playing. Those two are so fun to watch run around.. at one point, one of them was on one side of the glass door and the other was on the other side and they just stood there looking at each other with their little faces smashed up against the glass! So cute!!

Squirt gun action

It was pretty hot out last night so we took the opportunity to have a squirt gun fight. This was the first time Charlee had gotten to be in a squirt gun fight and I don't think she understood that our guns were squirting out water and hers wasn't but she was having so much fun running around with her gun as you can see.

And of course when ever she got thirsty she would just stop and suck the water out of her gun!
