This girl loves glasses!!!

Charlee found these sunglasses in one of her cubbies in the laundry room and spent about 5 minutes trying to get them on her face.. She did finally give up and handed the sunglasses to me.. and then just kept hitting her face in an effort to tell me... "get these on my face" so that is just what I did and she rocked them!!

The weekend!!!

We had a great weekend despite Charlee not feeling the best in the evenings. I am not sure yet if its alergies or a small virus running through here but something was the matter because at times she wasn't the happy Char bar that we all know and love!!

Sunday night she was finally a lot more like her silly self and she had just taken a bath and we were putting lotion on her body.. Of course she was helping me, she loves to help!

When I went to put the lotion away I left the lid on the floor for a minute and she was all over it.. yelling at me "Mom" and pointing to the lid, she then ran over to it and picked it up and handed it to me! Love that little lady!

Weekend Recap...

This weekend it was so nice out and we spent a lot of time outside.. which was wonderful!!

Saturday Zoe played at a friends house in the afternoon so Charlee and I spent sometime outside.. it was great!!

All she wants is some cake...

I have had more then one person tell me that once Charlee is able to talk I am in for a world of hurt because she is a girl that knows what she wants!! Well tonight was a prime example. We had gotten home from hanging out with some friends. Charlee ran right to the fridge where she almost immediately started pounding on the door. I opened it and she kept pointing and making the same noise.. So I started to hand her stuff trying to figure out what she wanted. She said no to milk, yogurt, grapes, glass of water and I was almost ready to tell her I didn't know when I stood behind her and looked at what she was looking at.. it was the birthday cake in the fridge. I pointed at the cake and she started clapping and cheering, she was a happy gal once I got the cake out!

Busy Busy!!

Charlee had an extra fun Friday.. because she got to spend it with Mimi!! They were busy around the house playing, taking naps and reading books!! They had a great time.

They headed to Vinton in the afternoon, after picking Zoe up from school.

Saturday they were busy.. they headed to the pancake breakfast and then hung out at mimi and Grandpa's. They also went bowling.. Charlee didn't do any bowling but she was more then happy to enjoy the french fries!

Sunday when I went to pick them up, Charlee was the first one to see me and I swear she said "There you are" "MOM!!" It made my birthday!! Her and Zoe spent the rest of the day playing with balloon's and making sure the balloon's didn't touch the floor. Love the games that those two come up with to play! We also spent some time building towers with blocks.. Charlee loves to build the towers just as much as she loves to knock them down:)
